Thelma Lucjak Cranston Fire Victim
Donation protected
Thelma has been a resident of Idyllwild since 1984 and lost her home and everything she owns in the Cranston Fire last month. Her home was located on Deerfoot Lane.
Thelma was able to grab her two cats and minimal clothing before the fire consumed her home, but absolutely everything else is gone. She is currently staying at a friend's home in Fern Valley and is looking for her new forever home here in Idyllwild.
To add insult to injury, Thelma's job was eliminated the weekend before the fire when the business shut down.
Now that she has lost over 72 years of her treasures and comforts of home, Thelma has no choice but to start over. Regardless of the devastation, she remains incredibly grateful for this loving community who is stepping up to help her find her place int he world again.
Any amount you can give will be deeply appreciated and used to help create a fresh start.
