The send off Ian deserves

On Thursday 28th March, our beloved Ian Hinde passed away unexpectedly at home.

I know this has come as a huge shock, not only to his local community in St Austell, but also his friends and family from his home county, in Berkshire.

The vast amounts of messages offering love and support we have received has been a real comfort for me and his sister Amanda. I wish he could have seen the huge amount of love and respect so many people had for him and the undeniable loss we all feel.

The biggest loss will inevitably be for his son Caden, whom everyone knew was the light of his life! He would burst with pride and gush to anyone who would listen. His whole life centred around his lad and I'm just devastated that Ian won't see him grow up and Caden will grow up without his daddy by his side. I can't even begin to comprehend how we will navigate our lives without his daddy there, when he's been such a massive and constant figure in his life.

As his mother, I feel the last thing I can do for our son is to give his daddy the send off he deserves and be able to retain his ashes.

I'm absolutely gutted that I'm not in the position to make that happen by myself and I know Ian would have been heartbroken to have left knowing this.

So before giving up hope, I'd like to take this opportunity to ask his friends and family for help in making this happen. Anyone that's knows me well will know how hard it is for me to ask for help, but this is my last and only hope to lay Ian to rest. Any donations anyone can make, big or small would be so gratefully received and appreciated from the bottom of my heart forever. Thank you!
