The Royal Engineer Association Hartlepool Welfare Funds

I've set up this on behalf of my Son Joshua.

Hi, my name is Joshua Jukes R.E.

I'm a serving Royal Engineer and a member of the Hartlepool Branch Royal Engineer Association.

The Royal Engineer Association Hartlepool Branch reach out to support serving and veteran who fall on hard times or just need a little help get get by. They gift monies from this welfare funds or necessary help to Hartlepool veterans.

Recently an Hartlepool veteran who served in Afghanistan became homeless. His first night back in a small rented property, the REA supplied him with all white goods. Bed and bedding. Fitted TV ariel, so his young boy had entertainment.

The REA have also helped funding local veteran families with bereavements.

The REA hold several events per year to help raise funds.

My aim with your donations, is to help to add to these funds by running a full marathon on 1st June 2025. Yes the 26 mile one.
