Help Mens Mental Health - The Proper Blokes Club

Hi, my name is Tony (right hand of the photo) and over the last couple of years my mental health has really suffered. I have become acutley aware of how difficult it is to break the stigma around men's mental health and speakout when you have a problem. When I was at my lowest point, I came across The Proper Blokes Club and being part of this group has helped me through my darkest days one walk and talk at a time.

Given how much I have gotten from this group I wanted to give something back to them so I have signed up to compete in the Hyrox Mens Open competition in Madrid March 2nd 2024 this is an endurance fitness race which will be pushing me to my limits.
