The handbike Everest climb
Spende geschützt
This is us - Leo Vivi and Oli. We are climbing Mount Everest in our own house to raise money for a handbike for my dad, who is in a electric wheelchair.
Daddy had a chance to try riding at Herne Hill Velodrome, thanks to Wheels for Wellbeing and now would like to purchase one so he can get outside and excercise whenever he wants. Not just, we will all be able to go on bike rides together.
He was a strong cyclist before his accident so I think he will much enjoy it if he can also have his own bike and cycle. The whole mountain is 8848m high, our stairs are 2.72m, this mean we have to climb them 3253 times, which spread over 15 days is 216 per day between the 3 of us. Wish us luck!
