Hi everyone my name is Cemal Polat an ex-teacher turned business person born in Sivas Turkey, with my business partners Ali Kalkan + Mehmet Cetin we are working our efforts to support the earthquake and rescue efforts by raising funds and supplying essentials for the impacted families trying to support the aftermath of this horrific natural disaster. My business partners and I were born in Eastern Turkey and currently watching the news and the impacts of the earthquake in despair. Many lives have been lost and many more are still under the rubble, the rescue efforts are on the ground and tirelessly trying to save lives but we must also focus on the rebuilding efforts and protecting the people who cannot enter their properties

Our efforts and funds raised from this campaign will be donated to purchase items such as tinned food, nappies, wet wipes, female hygiene products, boots, tents and whatever we are told the area requires from sources in the area. The weather is currently extremely cold and experts are expecting more tremors and possible earthquakes at the magnitude of 7-8.

Even though we live in London and have lived here for over 32 years we have family and strong connections to our roots, we would be grateful for any support and any help to support the efforts for the aftermath and rebuilding efforts post the earthquake. Families, children, women and disabled people will be impacted and require our support in saying that we will be donating through our business and creating a multi-channel donation where we will be accepting donations from all our businesses 215 Hackney, Drury 188-189, CP Cafe Consultancy, Muscle Hut Gym and Creative Builders. Every little helps
