My name is Terry Sperling, and I am 76 years old. I have a rare fungus that has formed on my adrenal glands. This fungus and the medication to treat it have caused the organs in my body to shut down, which has resulted in numerous hospital stays over the last few months. In the last week doctors have deemed this condition terminal and placed me on hospice care. I do not ask for anything for myself but would like to ease the financial stress that my illness and death would cause for my wife of 60 years.
