From what we thought was a simple ear infection my husband Carlos had the most shocking outcome.
While being examined by our ENT doctor he discovered a large mass at the back of his throat. From their we later found out through doing a biopsy and an MRI that Carlos had 3 tumors in his face and 1 in his chest. After the scans were completed we were told he has (Stage 3 B cell Lymphoma Cancer). This
unexpected news has made Carlos undergo an extensive Chemotherpy treatment every 12 hours. Hes required to take action immediately because the type of cancer he’s been diagnosed with grows rapidly and aggressively.
This has taken us all by surprise and all so sudden. For those of you who know Carlos he is one of the most genuine guys you’ll ever meet. His smile alone will brighten anyone’s day so to see him go through
all this is still so unreal for me. If you know him personally you know he is that one friend that would
truly be there for you when you need him. Thats why Im asking you to be here for him.
The costs of these scans, tests and medicines will begin to seem endless and can be devastating
financially. His time away from work, his friends, children, and family are of a deep loss to him and if he
could, he would fight this battle on his own. But together we can be there for him to show him that he is not alone. He touched each and every one of our hearts and shown us all that indeed there are still good people out there. And that’s why we will not let him do this on his own. Together we can help and not
let Cancer win. Together we will see Carlos through this. Please help our family get through this very
critical time as he would for any of us
