Team Lilly Shmulevich

My lovely sister Lilly was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B Cell Non Hodgkin's Lympoma  (DLBCL)in November 2017.  Of course our family and everyone that knows and loves her was devastated. We are staying strong as best as we can. DLBCL is curable, yet the treatment can be overwhelming. 

Lilly started Chemo on January 11th and is being treated at Sloan Kettering.  She is getting her second round today February 1st, This will be the second round of R-CHOP, an intense chemo treatment. She will be completing 6 cycles of R-CHOP. We are ready for a fight and  know there will be some tough days ahead.

Please give what you can for growing medical costs, missed days of work, co-pays, and ongoing tests throughout this process.  We want Lilly to not have to worry about missing work when she is not feeling well. We want her to have the best care and options, whether it's covered by insurance or not.  We would also like to use alternative therapies in conjunction with conventional medicine and lilly had been advised that acupuncture, meditation, and THC would help with her symptoms from chemo. 

Additionally we would like to have some extra funds to get her health back on track when chemo is over with a naturopath, as R-CHOP comes with some difficult side effects that can last a significant amount of time.
