I am starting this GoFundMe for my 10-year-old daughter, Kate.

Kate was 3 years old when she was first diagnosed with Stage 4 High-Risk Neuroblastoma cancer. She went through several rounds of chemo, radiation, immunotherapy, stem cell transplant, and surgery. Kate was cancer-free in January 2021, and she was cancer-free for 5 years. At her 5-year survivor scans, it was found that the Neuroblastoma cancer had returned in her right arm.

Instead of being in school, playing with friends, and doing softball, Kate is now undergoing a clinical trial treatment in Memphis, Tennessee, to get rid of the cancer.

Kate is a smart, kind, and positive 10-year-old girl who is now fighting cancer a second time. No child should have to go through the pain of cancer and the harsh cancer treatments. She loves animals, swimming, reading, and being with her family and friends.

Kate currently has 2 different chemotherapies and 2 different immunotherapies every 3 weeks. She is inpatient for a week while she receives treatment. After treatment, she feels pretty lousy for about an additional week until her body recovers. After the chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments are finished, Kate will also undergo radiation.

While in Memphis, I am not able to work but a few days each month. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help make up for the loss of income and to help cover additional expenses. Donations will help with:
