Surgery for Lady

Hello,
My name is Alyssa Footerman and I am starting this go fund me because my pet Lady was rushed to the emergency hospital this morning. She is 10 years old with no previous health issues. Lady is a black lab mix and she’s a very special and sweet girl. Yesterday morning she got a hold of a hot dog attached to a fishing hook. The hook is now lodged in her esophagus. She went into surgery and had an endoscopy done, but the doctor’s were unsuccesful. They told me the next step would be surgery. The surgeon said she could try to open up her neck to get the hook out, but because it is penetrating the esophageal wall, she may have to open up her chest. I am a veterinary technician at a local hospital, but even with the discount we don’t have the money. We applied for care credit and we got $2900. They said the procedure will run 6-8k. The only other option is Euthanasia and she shouldn’t have to go through that. If you could donate anything, please help us
