Caring for Mom Medical Fund

Hello to family, friends, and supporters! We wanted to first thank you for checking out this GoFundMe page in support of our close friend’s mother.

Our friend received a life changing call that her mother was in the hospital with a brain tumor. Not knowing if she would make it, she flew to Texas and waited as multiple surgeries were performed. The amazing doctors were able to take most of the tumor out, but had to leave a portion since it is unreachable. Now the burden of chemo and radiation awaits, and a caretaker is needed to support an everyday lifestyle living with Glioblastoma Multiforme tumors.

Living apart is hard for a mother and daughter, but the diagnoses of a brain tumor has made it even harder. With expenses growing, it is getting tough to pay medical bills, caretaking, and travel. We are asking, because we know that she will not ask herself, for donations for medical expenses. Medical expenses will include everything that insurance does not cover. With the daughter being a nurse and many friends in the healthcare industry we are able to figure out some ways how to pay, but the remaining amount is continuing to grow. Anything will help!!
