Taylor's dreams, meet your backers!

Our beloved Taylor lost her father this past Christmas and the massive outpouring of people that cared for Andrew are almost always asking if they can do anything  and how is Taylor.  Our collective hearts are broken for his bright and shining light. 

As family members and friends of Andrew, we want Taylor to know that just because her dad isn't here in person, it doesn't mean that her biggest cheerleader won't be able to help her.  In fact;  the gift Andrew had to connect with and touch so many people will prove to be how he will help support his little Bum's dreams (his nickname for Taylor) and be there for her.

What will the money go towards?
There are no set plans at the moment, but we envision helping her get a car (which her dad was already working on), help pay for college (which she's expressed interest in), modeling classes, etc.  We hope that this fund is something that lasts for many years and is dipped into for some of the more life defining moments that parents hope to be able to help their kids with, but I do agree that we need to get her a safe/reliable means of carting her sisters around.

What's the deal with the goal amount?
Simple, Pi was Taylor's first response to my question of "what's your favorite number", so I took it and removed an infinite number digits to make it fit. When I called her out on getting the 15th digit wrong she laughed and said her favorite number was actually 14...but 31,415 sounded way better than 14,000.

Who will handle the donations and how will it be held?
Gosh, you guys ask some great questions!  We plan to have a small "board of trustees" that Taylor trusts and is comfortable with where she would request funds or seek guidance on how the money can best help her for many years (education,wedding,housing,etc). If anyone has suggestions or experience in this area, please feel free to contact me directly.

Is there a non-financial way I can help?
YES!  We are planning to put together a silent auction and/or raffle of some sorts that will occur Feb 15th during the Celebration of Life event Andrew's friends are organizing.  If you have items or services that you would like to donate it would be greatly appreciated.  Please find the Contact button below and send me a message.
