TAHS Annual Scholarship Fund
Donation protected
Taunton Alternative High School was founded only four years ago and has already come so far. Opening the alternative program has helped lower the city's dropout rate to the lowest in many years.
The students of TAHS are not eligible for many of the scholarships offered at the comprehensive high school but our students are certainly in need.
A TAHS scholarship fund was started in honor of a founding member of the school and recent retiree, Dr. Ragen Tiliakos, and is hoping to reward its first student this spring (2017).
Funds might help a student pay for:
Books
Meal plan
Transportation
School fees
Laptop
Or maybe even:
Child care costs
Health care
TAHS Annual Scholarship Fund Website
Student eligibility will be determined by a committee set application process including attendance requirements, essay, college action plan, and interview.
