Help Save Barbara's Home- Urgent!!

Many of you remember the late Catherine Howland who gave so much and was loved by so many. Catherine's daughter Barbara Gosman was always behind the scenes-doing most of the legwork and took care of her mother until she died. It was Catherine's wish that Barbara, having never been married and little family, remain in the home for the rest of her life. Last year Barbara had a terrible fall that left her with a broken femur and metal rod from her knee to the bottom of her hip and a broken wrist requiring a metal plate and several screws. She is still in physical therapy but continues to teach guitar full-time as she has for 51 years.  A close family member was handling her affairs until she had recovered-paying them with her money. Two weeks ago Barbara got a notice in the mail that her home would be in foreclosure in less than a week- the family member had stopped making the payments for six months without telling her. Barrett and I secured letter of guarantee for her (which stopped the foreclosure temporarily) and the bank is willing to work with her (possibly even lowering the payment ) but only if the past payments are made along with January, February and March. It will go into foreclosure on February 28th without your help. Barbara is very private and this has been devastating to her and to her precious animals!
