Surgery for Behr

Over the weekend my husband and I were in Michigan for a wedding. We were staying at a loft that had a balcony that was on top of the roof. The balcony was missing two spindles leaving a large gap of the balcony open. Our 1 1/2 year old husky Behr slipped out the door behind a relative and proceeded to sprint through the missing spindles and fell off the roof, three stories landing on the concrete. Somehow he survived but he is now suffering with two broken femurs, a broken shoulder, a punctured lung and a bruised liver. The cost of the surgeries and all of the medical care will be around $15,000 total. He is expected to make a full recovery and we couldn't imagine not having him as a part of our little family! We are more than willing to pay the full $15,000 in order to save our puppy but figured we would reach out to family and friends via go fund me to ask for donations/prayers. Behr means the world to us and we're willing to do anything to help with his recovery. He's an incredible dog and we're so thankful he has survived this horrible accident!
