Supporting Jeff Myers Cancer Battle

This Go fund me is to support Jeff  Myers as he battles cancer.
  
In Mid June 2020 Jeff had two seizures in one day. Then again a month later another seizure.  One day in August he had two seizures and was transported to the Emergency Room resulting in 5 staples.  On  August 31, Jeff had surgery to remove what was thought to be veins that had fused together in his brain.  It was noted at surgery that the tissue removed looked to be a tumor and was sent to be tested.  Jeff recovered well, went home to rest and heal only to have 2 more seizures.  Shortly after, Jeff received a call giving results of the tissue sample as lung tissue that had moved to the brain.   On September 8 a visit with the oncologist would confirm that the tumor was cancerous. The process has moved quickly as the oncologist has stated this is stage 4.  Steps are being taken to treat the brain and a CT scan  has been done and we are awaiting those results.  Also a PET scan has being ordered in the coming days.  These tests are to determine any further extent and next treatment steps.

Jeff and his girlfriend Kathy share a home together and Jeff has been unable to work due to the seizures and the medication treatments that have been attempted.   Kathy is working full time to keep things a float but unfortunately it is not enough.  

If you know Jeff, you know him to be passionate, loyal and true to his resolve.  If you know Jeff, you've watched him show up on a door step with coats for kids, appliances for those in need, groceries for families that couldn't afford and I guarantee you.... if you know Jeff, he has probably helped you move.  If you know Jeff, you know he Backs the Blue... and is proud to show it, plan events to show support and will give the shirt off is back to anyone if he thought you needed it.  

This family needs to be able to stand and fight together without the worry of keeping a home and paying the bills.

If Jeff has ever stood next to you in any battle ... we ask you to stand next to Jeff now.  We would love very much to CRUSH this goal ....
