The devastating conflict in Gaza has spilled into South Lebanon, leaving over 87,000 individuals displaced since October 8, 2023. Lives have been lost, homes reduced to rubble, and businesses destroyed. As the conflict progresses, the situation for families in Southern Lebanon grows more dire each day.

Lebanon, already burdened by economic hardships, is unprepared to handle the aftermath of this conflict on its own.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to assist those whose lives have been affected by this war by offering displaced families with the basic necessities they need to survive.

Your donations will go directly towards providing essential resources including:

100% of the donations will be sent to Basemtak Amal (@basemtak_amal on Instagram) which is a newly established charity to identify displaced families and provide them with the aforementioned resources.

Who We Are

Both this campaign and Basemtak Amal were launched in honor of our dear brother and friend, Ali Mahdi, who was martyred by an Israeli air strike in the town of Houla, South Lebanon on February 11, 2024. We hope to carry on his legacy of selflessness and compassion.

دعم العائلات النازحة المتضررة من الحرب اللبنانيّة الإسرائيلية

امتد الصراع المدمّر في غزة إلى جنوب لبنان، مما أدى إلى نزوح أكثر من 87,000 شخص منذ 8 أكتوبر 2023. وقد فقدت أرواح، وتحولت المنازل إلى أنقاض، ودُمرت الشركات. ومع تقدم النزاع، يزداد وضع العائلات في جنوب لبنان سوءاً يوماً بعد يوم.

ولبنان، المثقل أصلا بصعوبات اقتصادية، غير مستعد للتعامل مع آثار هذا الصراع بمفرده.
