Hello, my name is David Hernandez, father of Victoria Hernandez. Unfortunately, she was a victim of a senseless act of shooting that occurred on Sunday, 12/21/2025, at the Victorville Mall. She was an innocent bystander just there to watch a movie when these teenagers started an argument with other kids, and weapons were brought out, leading to a round of shooting. Victoria went into emergency surgery to retrieve the bullet and is now recovering in the hospital. She is expected to be okay but has a lengthy recovery ahead of her.

She is an all-star soccer player at Mesa Linda Park and is known to everyone for her amazing heart and pure soul. She’s a very loving girl and always wants to make people happy no matter what.

Please help our family through this tough time as we navigate these days in the hospital and unfortunately miss work to be here for her and my other kids, also to help with her recovery. If you please find it in your hearts to help with anything, it is really appreciated.
