Tony Jackson (Anthony Wayne) had helped untold youth in his years of mentoring /counseling/supporting youth. He's been the academic advisor for George Washington High School. Boy's Basketball team. He's always there for any child in need.
If it wasn't for good luck, Tony would have no luck at all! He's struggled with his own health. Now his daughter has an aggressive ovarian cancer and he is overwhelmed with expenses. He has a great network of friends who are/will advise and support him. Some money to pay medical bills will give him some breathing room. Any amount of support is appreciated.
