Meet Tommy!

Tom Lebengood has been a cherished member of the Myrtle Creek community for many years. His family owned the local Dairy Queen, which became Tommy’s All American Burger Co. and served our community for over 50 years! During that time, Tom has not only provided countless students with their first jobs but has also actively supported their education by raising money for scholarships awarded to Dairy Queen/Tommy’s seniors. His commitment to our youth extends beyond the restaurant; he has served on the school board and is an avid member of his church. Tom is truly well-loved by everyone who knows him.

Recently, Tom faced a significant health challenge. After undergoing emergency surgery to remove a mass the size of a tennis ball, he now requires 12 sessions of chemotherapy. Each session comes at a staggering cost of $12,000, and unfortunately, insurance will not cover these treatments.

Tom’s loving wife, Susan, has been by his side every step of the way, providing him with the care and support he needs during this difficult time.
