The Dynamo Project is a community-based residential recovery programme for men aged 18 and over who are struggling with addiction. We provide a safe environment, structured support, and the tools men need to rebuild their lives, free from addiction.

We believe recovery is possible for everyone, but it takes more than just willpower – it takes a supportive environment, guidance, and community. That’s what The Dynamo Project offers every single day.

Our support doesn’t end there, alongside our residential programme, we provide a Friends and Family Group to support those affected by a loved one’s addiction. We also offer support to men and women who may not be in a place to access the residential programme, providing regular meetings with our support workers to help facilitate change in their lives.

This wider support means that every person touched by addiction – whether directly or indirectly – has a place to turn for understanding, encouragement, and guidance.

Why we need your help

Unlike many services, The Dynamo Project does not receive government funding. We are entirely reliant on the generosity of people who believe in what we do.

Running the residential support programme comes with many ongoing costs, and without funding, we can only continue with the support of people like you.
