My wife and I are from Morelos, Mexico and came to Washington State in 2002. We opened our Catering Business, Tamales y Taquizas Morelenses in November of 2023, and have found exciting success building a presence both in our community as Latinos but also as well-trained chefs. We are passionate about cooking and providing dishes traditional to our home country. My wife and I have been married for 20 years and are parents to 4 beautiful children.

We struggle with making enough profit to be able to expand our business. We would love to be able to enhance ourselves by purchasing a Food Truck. Once we have a Food Truck, we will be able to offer more reliable hours and afford to add even more dishes and services to our menu. Any donation is appreciated!
