Support Shelby's Stroke Recovery Journey

You may know that the beautiful and bubbly Shelby Seelbaugh suffered a stroke in August. What she thought was a neck strain from a stomach virus turned out to be blood clots likely caused from an underlying condition she was not aware of, Graves Disease. Shelby was life-flighted to the hospital, had a successful surgery and is on new medications. After the ICU and hospital, Shelby has been working hard at in-patient treatment to regain movement on her left side. She has made improvement at in-patient therapy but will be discharged soon and outpatient therapy is not covered by insurance. In order for the best results for her long-term improvement, the doctors recommend a neurotherapy that will cost about ~$400/session in order for her to make further progress. This fundraiser is to help Shelby and her family with unexpected costs this health emergency has caused, as well as contribute to the therapy session costs.

Please donate or share this page if you are moved to do so! Additionally, there's a fundraiser planned for Saturday, October 4 at Mercer VFW Post 159 that will have a $15 suggested donation (cash accepted or donate on this page if you plan to attend).
