Support Shannon's Recovery from Lung Transplant

Hi, my name is Dan LaBelle, and I’m reaching out to you because my beautiful wife, Shannon, has recently had to undergo the difficult surgery of a double lung transplant.

Shannon and I started dating when we were 16 years old while attending King Philip High School, and I’ve loved her ever since. She started to have lung issues in 2019 while we were attending graduate school at UMass Amherst, and now at 28 years old needed this life saving surgery. This procedure requires a lengthy recovery and we will both be out of work for months.

Any donations will be used to help pay for Shannon’s out-of-pocket medical care (e.g. co-pays, deductibles, and uncovered costs), as well as, for everyday expenses (e.g food, medical supplies, etc.) while we focus on her recovery.
