Hi, my name is Sarah. I am 31, I have two sons and a wonderful husband. I have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, right side heart failure, and it is significantly getting worse. They can't find a cause yet. I have been in and out of the hospital several times, which has become very expensive. I'm unable to work now. They are talking about putting me on a heart and lung transplant list. This is extremely embarrassing for me to have to do this and ask for help, but my bills have become too much for me to handle, and the medicine they want to put me on is extremely expensive and has to be given from a specialized clinic. I have to drive over an hour and a half away for all of this. I am in the hospital constantly lately. Any little bit will help! Thank you to anyone that is willing.
