Back in November of 2025, my brother Sam was diagnosed with stage two Hodgkin’s lymphoma. A very large tumor was found on his chest, wrapped around his sternum and invading his chest cavity. Thankfully, after a bone marrow biopsy, the cancer was not found in his bloodstream. Sam started chemotherapy almost immediately and has been in and out of work, needing time to recover between sessions and dealing with dehydration episodes. He has an upcoming PET scan to see how much progress chemo has made, and will soon begin radiation since the tumor is too invasive for surgery.
Medical bills have built up much faster than we ever expected, and more are on the way. As his sister, it’s been so hard to watch Sam push himself to keep working just to stay afloat, when what he really needs is time to rest and heal. All funds raised will go directly toward Sam’s medical bills, giving him and his fiancé Shayla some relief during this difficult time. The last thing I want is for Sam to worry about getting to work on days he needs to recover.
Times are hard for so many, but if you’re unable to help financially, a share does just as much! Any support means the world to us and will help Sam focus on his recovery. Thank you for being here for our family.
