Support Samar's Medical Education Dream

I’m Samar a sixth year medical student from Islamic University of Gaza and now l’m volunteering in Al Aqsa hospital in ER department .

Before October 7th, I prepared myself for my graduation year but due to the war my life has turned upside down , my university / medical college and most of the hospital were destroyed and many of my doctors were killed by the Israeli occupation.

My family (10 members) we are not ok , we are suffering a lot from the beginning of the war: we drink contaminated water, we cook on fire and firewood, there is no electricity, there is no source of income and we have lost many people who are precious to our hearts including my sister 's husband and my cousins sons .

My siblings, Saja a forth year English language student , Abdullah a second year Engineering student and Sahar a first year English language student , are also facing the fear of unknown future in addition to the constant fear of death and loss we are facing every single moment.

My father is a chronic patient and has a herniated disc and is unable to work. We have all lost our dreams of graduating, establishing a business and building a house for us. We hope for your support to complete my last year in medical school to graduate and specialize in order to return to Gaza and help my own people , and help my siblings to complete their education and achieving their dreams.
