Hi, my name is Ronelle Gayle. I grew up in Montego Bay Jamaica, but now I live in Bridgeport, CT. My father and siblings are still living in Jamaica. I'm trying to raise funds for my friends and family who were affected by the devastation Hurricane Melissa brought to my family in Jamaica. Some people have lost their homes and all of their belongings. Although the Red Cross is helping people in Jamaica, my family lives in a very rural area and aid is not getting to them. They have lost just about all of their possessions and there still is no power. Food is very difficult to get at this time. I have been heartbroken hearing about the suffering my family is going through. Please, whatever you can give will be much appreciated. Every dollar will help them rebuild and start over. I will be going to Jamaica to bring them what I can and help them rebuild.
