Hello, Friends!

We are Katharine, John, and Jenna - owners of Quince Coffee House in Denver, Colorado. As a trio, we are a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Asian, Black, Women, Non-binary, and Veteran-owned business, which is key to our vision for Quince Coffee House. Together we are continuing the legacy of this community-focused farmhouse-turned-coffeehouse at the intersection of Quince and Colfax streets in East Denver.

Running a coffee shop/community space in a historic building comes with many costly challenges which we continue to navigate. In October 2022, we secured a Denver Economic Development & Opportunity beautification grant through the City of Denver, NEWSED, and United Way to help us and our neighboring businesses make aesthetic enhancements to our spaces and improve accessibility.

We are thrilled about the grant and the changes we get to make, but we are still faced with repairs and maintenance. We currently have a significant need for refrigeration; specifically an industrial freezer, espresso machine and refrigerator. These appliances will enable us to enhance our menu and are crucial to our basic coffee shop functioning. We are hoping to raise $6,000 to cover a portion of those costs. We would be excited to accept in-kind donations as well!
