37 year old Wilfred "JayR" Alviedo was taken too soon from his loving family, Mona Liza Raquinio (together for 22 years) and their 2 young daughters, Jizelle and Jazmine. He suffered from a ruptured aneurysm early morning on April 25, 2019 while his kids and Mona were getting ready for school and work. He was immediately brought to Maui Memorial Medical Center where he fought for his life. He underwent surgery. On Saturday, April 27, he passed away.
Mona Liza has always been a kind hearted, compassionate, and caring person. She is that person you can count on for anything and everything. Their 2 daughters, Jazmine and Jizelle were daddy's girls. Because of this unexpected loss, we would like to support Mona and her girls with whatever they need.
