Support migrants in North Africa

I am raising funds for the Global Diversity Foundation's Global Migrants Project. The plight faced by migrants came close to home when Arsen, a Congolese musician we often worked with, tried crossing the Mediterranean: the sea that divides Europe and Africa. Like so many migrants, he left his country seeking a better future for himself and his family. Like so many, he died. Arsen was a very talented musician, and he should have gone on to a successful career. Thousands of African migrants drown in the Mediterranean every year. They leave broken dreams and shattered families behind them.
The Global Migrants Project is helping West and Central African migrants stranded in Morocco to access medical attention, nutritious meals and warm clothing. It is creating intercultural spaces that highlight the value of diversity, promote respect for human rights and offer networking opportunities. Finally, it counteracts negative stereotypes of Africa by highlighting the incredible artistic, cultural, culinary, and musical wealth of the continent.
Please donate to the Global Migrants Project so that we can build opportunities for our brothers and sisters in Africa rather than seeing them and the hopes of our continent swallowed by the Mediterranean Sea.
