Hi my name is Melanie and I am running my first marathon on Sunday April 13th. I would like to raise money for this event and donate all proceeds to Project Outrun who support kids and their families as they battle pediatric cancer. My desire to support an organization such as this derived when my beautiful warrior niece was diagnosed with cancer. I am amazed by her and their family unit as they have gone through this time in their lives that I hope to give back to not only her, but other families going through similar experiences.
