Help with living expenses, moving costs and support dog care

I need help temporarily with my rent, bills and moving expenses. My monthly disability payment is not enough to cover my rent, utilities and needs like household items, gas, dog food and medicine for my support dog, Tucker. I have found a new apartment two hours away, but I have no money to cover the first month’s rent, deposit or movers. I also have to continue paying rent and utilities in my current apartment for two more months. Anything that you can give will be of great help. Thank you!
