The Lexington community struggles with hunger. We strongly believe that everyone deserves a meal, water, and a warm, dry place to lay their head. The University of Kentucky Young Communist League is dedicated to feeding the hungry in our community, but we can't do it alone.

In lieu of SNAP benefits not being dispersed, the hunger crisis in our community is only growing. We plan to use all funds to feed the community, and whatever we struggle to disperse will be donated directly to organizations in Lexington that also feed our community: Food Chain, God's Pantry, and the Community Action Council.

Please notify us if you or someone you know are in need and we will get food and goods out. Please help us make this a reality, as our community is suffering.
