Hi everyone,

My name is Jordan, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet boy, Kona.

Kona is a loving, gentle, and loyal dog who means the world to our family. He brings joy to everyone he meets, and seeing him in pain has been absolutely heartbreaking. Anyone who knows myself or Steven knows how much we love our fur baby, Kona.

Kona is currently facing a life-threatening medical emergency. He has a kidney stone lodged in his urethra that is too large to pass on its own. Because of its size and location, it created a critical blockage that left us with an impossible decision: perform emergency surgery immediately to save his life, followed by another surgery to prevent this from happening again—or say goodbye to him far too soon.

The first surgery must be done right away to push the stone back into his bladder and relieve the dangerous pressure. Tomorrow, Kona will need a second surgery to open his bladder and remove any additional stones to give him the best chance at a healthy future.

These procedures were not something we were financially prepared for, but we could not choose to give up on Kona. He deserves a chance to live, to heal, and to keep being the happy, loving boy we know.

All funds raised will go directly toward:

Emergency surgery and hospitalization

Follow-up surgery to remove remaining stones

Medications, imaging, and recovery care
