Support Joshua D'Angelo's Kidney Transplant Journey

Go Fund Me is a gift for people like Joshua D’Angelo. A place where family can step up and ask for the help that someone needs, when they don't want to ask for it themselves. Josh is Husband of Tiffany, Father of 4 (Jessica, Brandi, Mikey, and JJ), Son, Brother, Brother In-Law, Uncle, Nephew, etc. But he is so much more. A spirited EAGLES fan, chef, food connoisseur, and a strong-willed man who needs a little help from everyone who loves him.
Josh has spent the past year in and out of the hospital. This has put a toll on the family as it were tough to watch him be physically ill for such a long time. Missing work for weeks at a time, has been taxing for his family to manage bills, and to care for their youngest child JJ who is Level 3 on the Autism Spectrum. Tiffany has been working a full-time job and has a part time second job to try to make ends meet. The kids have helped tremendously, Jessica skipping College this year to stay at home to help with her brother at home.
This last time in the hospital, Josh got terrible news. He received notice that his kidneys were 80% scar tissue, and he would need to be on Dialysis permanently until he can get a kidney transplant. He will need to remain on Dialysis for a minimum of 12 weeks before they will place him on the transplant list. This requires Dialysis 12 hours per week split into 3 appointments, on top of multiple primary and specialist's appointments. These appointments cause him to be extremely dizzy, nauseous, and tired. He needs around the clock care, strict diet, and medication on a daily basis.
Now with Josh being out of work endlessly, Tiffany would need to stop working. School is about to end for the year, and JJ will need home care as well. With Josh being so sick, he will not be able to provide the help required for JJ’s needs. Tiffany will need to stay home until further notice to provide the care that both Josh and JJ need.
Bills are piling up as they are not able to work at this time and Social Security and Medical Leave take a very long time to be approved. Any help at this time would be greatly appreciated.
Any questions, food, and household item donations please reach out to Ashley Smith directly [email redactado] (Tiffany’s sister).
