My name is Jessica and I’m humbly asking for any financial help & prayers..
I need to have Pudental nerve decompression surgery so I can finally be cured from debilitating pudendal nerve entrapment. I have been living in extreme pelvic pain for 21 months.
Because my nerve has been entrapped for so long, part of the nerve is dead & I have lost sensation. Without this surgery I am facing losing more sensation & control of bodily functions.
I’ve been to multiple doctors; urogynecologists, neurologists, pain management doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. I have gotten numerous procedures and injections done. Nothing has helped to take the pressure of the nerve & get the pain down.
Its so severe when I sit!
I haven’t been able to work since 2021 when a patient grabbed my arm / wrist area & used me as a grab bar twisting my back, herniating my discs pulling herself up. Everything has been going downhill since with my spine!
My career as a RN helping others ended up breaking my back after 20 years of pushing pulling lifting patients & dead weight 12 hours a day. It’s really been hard to swallow that through helping others; I am broken.. .
I am so disabled due to this condition and on top of that my back injuries.
Im unable to sit, stand more than 5-10 minutes at a time most days. I have to lye on my side to get a tolerable level of comfort.
I am humbly asking for any help so I can begin to function as a normal person including the ability to walk, sit, stand and simply live without dealing with excruciating pain every second of the day.
Only a handful of surgeons operate on the pudendal nerve and due to the rarity it is Not covered by insurance.

I would appreciate & be so grateful for any help & prayers and positive energy sent my way. I’m very nervous about going through & recovering from another surgery. I won’t be able to sit for 4-6 weeks.
I’m scheduled for November 21st.
After the surgery I have to stay at a hotel next to the hospital for 3 days because I won’t be able to sit for the ride to get home. Hotels are outrageously priced as with everything else!
