Support Jerry Coulter's Accessible Van Fund

Hello, I am starting this to raise funds for my dad, Jerry Coulter, who served time in the Marine Corps. He is a retired police officer who now has a spinal cord injury (T4) and is paralyzed from the chest down. He is seeking to be more independent and wants to be able to travel back and forth to his doctor's appointments and physical therapy sessions. So, he is wanting to raise money to be able to purchase or even put down a down payment on a handicap accessible van.
