Hi it’s Jenn Baggao. I’ve been contemplating about whether to do this gofundme page or not. But here I am. Giving this a shot. After all it is for the greatest cause. My health.

As some of you may know almost 7 days of ringing in 2026 this year I was admitted in UMC hospital for a month and an adult care facility for another month. Discharged home on March 2026.

Had foot surgery for the wound that was under my foot/heel of my left foot. And til this day still recovering from it.

With also being in the hospital I learned I was going to need dialysis 3 times a week and one week even doing 5 days in a row of dialysis removing as much fluids from my body.

Been doing dialysis in-center Tuesday -Thursday-Saturdays for 4 hours through a chest catheter since January. And recently found out my dr declared me Stage 5 End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). My life relies on dialysis to filter out the toxins from my body. With a daily fluid restriction of 32 ounces.

I’ve gone through vein mapping to eventually do treatment on my arms instead of chest since it’s very dangerous because it’s a direct connection to my heart. But that is pending for my fistula procedure til I heal from my foot.

My dad takes me to my wound care appointments twice a week and to dialysis on Saturdays.

We do not have our own car so Tuesday and Thursdays I take para transit to dialysis . I am being ambulated via wheelchair and sometimes on walker.

I do qualify to be on the transplant list with so much requirements. I do also have congestive heart failure so that must be dealt with first, lose 20-30 more pounds, diabetes under control, medications, BP under control.

I am currently under Medicaid. Medicaid does not cover 100% or all meds. And unfortunately the costs of medical supplies are not all given free.

And I am under a strict renal diet and diabetic diet. It’s not cheap at all even in Vegas.

This is what lead me to starting this gofundme. Transportation costs, medical supplies, food for special dietary needs, glp meds to lose weight for transplant, and other necessary expenses.

At the same time I’m in the process of seeking for disability. Until then I’m reaching out to anyone that can help me during this unfortunate time.

On top of all my health issues that arises this year I’m trying my hardest to stay as positive as I can.

Im sure I’ll be updating/editing this to add more. But I’m doing this to what ever comes to my mind and heart at the moment.

Update*May 15, 2026* Will be starting weekly physical therapy and occupational therapy in June. I'm excited to be mobile again without my walker and wheelchair.
