Support Jennifer Cabrol’s Cancer Fight

A cancer diagnosis can quickly turn your world upside down. Not only is your life threatened, but your finances can also be jeopardized.

Our beautiful friend Jennifer (Silvey) Cabrol has been diagnosed with an aggressive and incurable stage 4 HER2 Positive Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in her breast, prompting her doctors to start immediate chemotherapy to shrink her tumor and halt the spread which is now in her lungs and bone. Her doctors are also examining if the spread is more extensive.

Despite these devastating findings, Jenny and her doctors are optimistic that she can survive, even thrive, with her chronic illness. We are, too. But the treatment is costly and financially unpredictable, and it complicates and can impact her ability to work.

“I'm hoping,” Jenny says, “to fare well enough with my chemo to be able to keep working so that I don't have to worry and can concentrate on recovery.”

Your funding support will help her cover living expenses should she exhaust her paid leave, and any cancer-related treatment aspects not covered by her health insurance.
