Hi, I’m Tessa! If you live around town, you’ve probably seen me logging my daily miles. Don’t be afraid to say hi! :)

I love to walk, but I know how incredibly fortunate I am to have healthy, moving legs. Not everyone is so lucky. Countless individuals are fighting to recover from life-altering spinal cord or brain injuries, but they get cut off by insurance just as they are trying to learn to walk again.
Because I am always out moving, I decided to turn my miles into a mission.
This week, I am raising $200 directly for the High Fives Foundation (a top-rated, Platinum-certified charity on watchdog reviews).
Every single dollar goes automatically and directly to the charity. If you donate, please leave your name or email in the comments so I can send you a personal thank-you note from the trail!
Thank you for supporting my miles and their recovery. Scan my backpack the next time you see me around town to see our progress!

High Fives steps in to fund the vital, long-term neuro-rehabilitation and adaptive equipment that insurance companies refuse to cover.
Your donation will directly fund:
• Rehab Sessions: Paying for specialized physical therapy for individuals fighting to regain their mobility.
• Adaptive Equipment: Providing the customized gear needed to help injured individuals get back outside.
