Hi, my name is Harper Ewert, and I’m honored to share that I am one of twenty five students accepted to the English National Ballet School in London, my dream for as long as I can remember.
Ballet isn’t just what I do it’s who I am. I’ve spent years training, pushing through setbacks, and even living away from home this past year in Philadelphia to pursue the best training possible. Every moment and every sacrifice has led me to this life changing opportunity.
Now, that dream is becoming real.
Starting this fall, I’ll be attending ENBS full time finishing my senior year of high school while also beginning my Diploma in Professional Dance through Trinity College London. It has always been my goal to become a professional dancer and dancing with The English National Ballet would be an absolute dream come true. This school is a crucial step toward that future.
London has always been one of the world’s top cities for classical ballet training, home to a rich history of iconic dancers and world-renowned companies. To study ballet there is both an incredible honor and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The costs of training at an elite school like English National Ballet are significant, especially for an international student. Tuition, housing, student visa fees, travel expenses, and uniform costs total nearly $50,000 a year.
I’m doing everything I can to make it happen, and this fundraiser is one part of that effort. Any donation, no matter the amount, helps ease the burden and brings me one step closer to training in London.
Funds raised will go directly towards:
- Tuition
- Housing
- Uniforms
- Student visa fees
And if donating isn’t possible right now, simply sharing this page or cheering me on means the world to me. I’m so grateful for the encouragement and love I’ve already received. Thank you for being part of this journey.
With love,
Harper
