TradesUp is helping address that need by giving children, teens, and young adults the opportunity to explore the trades firsthand alongside experienced professionals. Through engaging, interactive events, participants can try real trade skills such as soldering copper pipe, using different power tools, and working with building materials in a safe and educational environment.

Founded by Mason Lord, TradesUp believes that exposure creates opportunity. Their mission is to inspire the next generation of skilled trades professionals while creating pathways to meaningful careers.
