We are heartbroken to share that our beloved grandmother, wife and friend Maria Raquel “Rachel” Galvan, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Rachel was the kind of person who left a mark on everyone she met. She was sweet, kind, and full of love, with a special joy for ’80s music and laughter. She was always the first to help someone in need, always welcoming, and always putting others before herself. Her selflessness and generosity defined her life, and she will be deeply missed by our family and all who knew her.
