It breaks our hearts to share that our beloved mother, Elisabeta Tocu, has passed away. She spent her last weeks in the hospital, fighting through one challenge after another. She was on machines to help her breathe, dialysis for her kidneys, and went through infections, fevers, and so many painful procedures. Even through all this, we stayed by her side every day, holding her hand, praying, and talking to her. We believed in her strength, and she showed us again and again how much of a fighter she was.

Our mom went through so much suffering, but she never gave up. She responded to us in small ways, with movements and reactions that gave us hope. She fought until her body could no longer take it, and then the Lord called her home.

She was a woman of deep faith, love, and sacrifice. She lived her life for her children and family, always giving more than she had and trusting God through everything. Losing her has left us broken, but we know she is no longer in pain and is resting in the arms of Jesus.

We want to honor her and give her the proper burial she deserves, but the truth is we can’t do it alone. This is why we are reaching out for help during this very painful time.
