Hi friends. Sadly, early on January 29th, my mom Laura, passed away suddenly, due to complications from her diabetes, which she had struggled with since she was a young child. She was 54 years old. To say we are heartbroken is an understatement, and life will certainly never be the same.

My mom spent her life putting herself second, and putting her kids and grandkids first. She was currently raising 3 of her grandsons, despite her own struggles and health issues. Her family was her life, and anyone who knew her can attest to that.

We are now asking for help taking care of Mom's final arrangements, just as she took care of everyone else in life. Anything not used towards her funeral expenses will go towards my sister Kayla, as she has just fallen into the role of the only caregiver of 4 young boys. Anything will help as we try to navigate through the hardest time of our lives, without our mom here to help guide us.

Edit. As of 1/30 We are planning a service For our Mother At Strang Funeral home in Grayslake, illinois. As we get the final date and time I will inform everyone.
