Support for family of LISK victim

We are asking the Long Island community for support to assist the cousin of Jessica Taylor, Jasmine Robinson. Jasmine is a single mother of a 7 year old little boy. She is the cousin of Jessica Taylor, who she remembers as a fun, kind, and beautiful person. The world knows Jessica as a victim of the Long Island Serial Killer.

Jessica’s case is currently unsolved since July 2003. Jessica’s family has endured great pain for over 20 years while they waited for answers. The family was not local and have been unable to be as actively involved as they wished to be during that time. Jasmine has taken on the role of Jessica’s legal representative and advocate.

Jasmine took a leap of faith by changing careers and relocating her and her son from upstate New York to Suffolk County this past July. The goal was to be closer to the investigation, be able to meet with detectives more easily, and to push for answers. The family was unaware that Rex Heuermann would be arrested two weeks later. This arrest has caused a shift in Jessica’s case.

Jasmine is doing her best to juggle motherhood, work, and the new developments in her cousin’s case. During this time we ask for any help to get Jasmine and her son better established here in Suffolk County. We ask that the community come together to welcome Jasmine and her son with open arms. All proceeds will go directly to Jasmine to support her new life here in Suffolk County.
