My name is Rocio Luna, the aunt of James Emilio Rodriguez-Luna. James unfortunately suffered a tragic accident on the night of June 5th, he was sent to Phoenix Children's hospital where he has been receiving medical care. It was determined by his medical care team that his injuries caused severe and irreversible brain damage on Monday June 9. Our family is devastated and still processing the shock of it all. James is an amazingly kind, funny, smart, respectful, and extremely talented musician that was taken from us too soon. James has a passion for all genres of music and was able to find so much joy in sharing that passion from creating music with his friends and his band Family at Verrado Highschool, to showing others new artists and bands he was discovering. He will always be loved and missed by his family & friends that got to experience his light in this world.

His parents are now taking steps to arrange his funeral and will soon be faced with paying his medical cost. We are hoping to raise some funds to give his parents and sibling support during this devastating time- any support and donations is greatly appreciated!
