On October 29th, Mariaha experienced an unimaginable loss — the passing of her beloved mother, Denise Berry Hernandez.

This heartbreaking and unexpected loss has left Mariaha grieving deeply while also facing the financial responsibility of her mother’s final arrangements. She is working to give her mom the peaceful farewell she deserves through cremation, but the costs are more than she can manage alone.
